1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team at sales.untamedstreetwear@gmail.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request; however, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refunds for Unshipped Orders: If you cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
2.2. Refunds for Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy (please refer to our "Return Policy" section below). Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise, excluding shipping charges, within 7 business days.
2.3. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the items, and upon receipt, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

3.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

We will provide you with instructions for returning the items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
